✨ Highlights

• Improved committee information so credential tags and explicit membership terms remain available when Dingo validates records, resolves governance decisions, imports certificate state, and updates SQL metadata. Required metadata migrations also keep tagged committee certificates and voters available for lookup.

• Added strict event subscriptions that turn rollback and evaluation failures into events. Subscription recovery now prevents a panic from blocking event delivery.

• Corrected minted block counts by excluding operational certificate counters imported from Mithril, and clearly rejected malformed Mithril boundaries.

• Strengthened Leios fetch safety by checking response bitmap size and range before expansion, rejecting oversized or out of range responses.

• Updated the gouroboros dependency to v0.202.5 and applied the validity upper bound that matches each era to Plutus transaction validation.

• Refined replay recovery to retry only when a missing provenance record creates a real gap, avoiding repeated loops when required inputs are present and validation fails deterministically.

• Enabled strict Koios parity checks to confirm that a pool departed from retained state after snapshot pruning, while rejecting incomplete evidence.

• Cleared stale delegations and live stake attribution when pools are reaped, and kept rollback restoration consistent with the updated state.

• Stabilized nonpositive HeaderRange requests with safe handling and preserved atomic rollback for queued headers.

• Clarified Leios peer behavior by explicitly declining unsupported block range requests instead of leaving peers waiting, while preserving no block responses for unavailable transaction requests.

• Enhanced Koios account synchronization by caching the account universe across epochs, reporting crawl progress, and propagating refresh failures instead of using stale data.
